Your Safety – Our Priority
We look forward to welcoming you to Digital Transformation Week Global 2021 at the Business Design Centre in London.
Your safety, and that of all our exhibitors, partners, visitors, suppliers and staff is our number one priority.
To ensure peace of mind and to maximise safety we have created some straight-forward additional measures that we respectfully ask all attendees to comply with.
Upon Entry to the Event
All attendees must be prepared to show proof of either A) a negative Lateral Flow Test result (taken within 48 hours of the event), OR B) Two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before attending OR C) Evidence of a positive test result within the past 6 months (providing you are no longer self-isolating)
You may show the NHS Covid Pass or any overseas equivalent proof given at point of vaccination.
We will not collect any personal data regarding your status, you will simply be required to show proof to a member of staff upon entry.
If you are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms we respectfully ask you NOT to attend Digital Transformation Week Global. Common symptoms include: High temperature, new continuous cough and a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste, as well as sneezing, runny nose or a sore throat. More information on COVID-19 symptoms can be found here: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/symptoms/
If you are currently self-isolating or have had recent contact with anyone who has COVID-19 symptoms we also politely request that you don’t attend the event.
All attendees must agree to leave immediately should they develop COVID-19 symptoms during the event.
